Campaign:
Whole Grain Advantage

Client:
General Mills (Cereal Partners Worldwide)

Market:
Germany, Austria and Switzerland

Objective:
Create an on-pack campaign to promote the whole-grain advantage of CPW's cereal brands Nesquik, CiniMinis and Cookie Crisp.

Scope:
Bro and Sis LLC was hired right from the beginning of the project, and so we were able to start with a clean slate. The only parameters were to use CPWs already existing characters Nesquik Bunny and Chip.

We created the concept of the Whole Grain Team - a detective trio which works out of an underground compound underneath a whole-wheat field, and helps the local police solve unusual mysteries. We created and designed the three characters that make the team - Kai, Vicky and Max - and developed all of their looks and personalities.

Then we created a series of six collectible comic books featuring our new characters working with the client's existing characters - Nesquik Bunny and Chip - to solve the mysteries. Each book was 58 pages long and integrated the Whole Grain advantage message into the story

Finally, we delivered all of the needed design files to the client's printer and worked with them to ensure that the finished product was to client's satisfaction.

Results: Campaign completed successfully and 3 million books were distributed inside cereal boxes.

 

 
       
       
 

Campaign:
Little Lamb

Client:
SCD LLC

Market:
USA

Objective:
Develop brand characters, books, videos and other content for the Little Lamb brand.

Scope:
SCD hired Bro and Sis LLC to revamp the look of its existing brand character Little Lamb, create three friends for her, and create a world where they live and have adventures.

Once we accomplished that, we went on to develop a 16-page picture book for toddlers and an animated trailer featuring Little Lamb and friends.

Results:
The campaign was completed and the company is utilizing the products to secure funding for a full-scale brand launch.

 

 
       
       
 

Campaign:
Whole Grain Advantage

Client:
Nestle Poland

Market:
Poland

Objective:
Adapt Germany's on-pack campaign to the market and promote the whole-grain advantage in Poland.

Scope:
Working in close coordination with the Poland brand manager's marketing team, we adapted the WG Team books to the Polish market.

We also added 8 pages of games and activities for each book. The games and activities in each book were based on the story, and included new artwork and games.

Results: Campaign completed successfully and 2 million books were distributed with cereal boxes. The cereal brand manager reported that our campaign results were on the same level as other global promotions, which for them it meant the promotion worked well.
